The girl in us does not stop kicking, checking the limits of femininity, impertinence, rebellion in the square bourgeois view of adulthood. The girl in us is afraid that if she grows up, she will die. There would not be a single ferocious granny left and then she would be someone else. Sober. One you can count on. And she does not want you to trust her. She wants the responsible adult to be someone else. Not her. And only here, in the bathtub, in a place where she is not judged on being "Peter Pen", she takes off the time which forces us to grow, and remains in the present that does not rebuke her.
